HOW WORKING HARD AND WORKING SMART DEFINE SUCCESS ....?

I once experienced this statement from my lecturer "Work smart and not hard". Does it mean we dont need to work hard? Is working smart more effectively than working hard?  Does it meant working require smart only? what are the differences between working hard and working smart?.

Let us look on goal strategies, when starting any business goals are they key term to be defined,and in order to achieve your goal something has to be done,bunning  the midnight oil ,sweating, toil without give up a single coin of your goal and hence success comes,"nothing comes easily" with this regard means working hard involved what about working smart, working  smart is about knowing  the right decision, correct choice on what to be done on your  work carer.


However, working hard and working smart are two sides of the same coin. Here’s why

Smartness in work comes after awareness of a certain task to completed, and  hard work is the foundation of smart work.To work smart  you need to focus much daily on activities without tiresome.Every successful individual put much of his/ her pounds hard so as to achieve her goals.The hard you go the dipper you dip and hence some of improvements occurs as the results mastering of the work in smartness.  Hard work is the imperative of staying focused in task on hand,with more effort combined with intelligence techniques led closer to success.

Why is smart work is crucial?

While hard work is the cornerstone of prosperity, burning the midnight oil  does not guarantee success in long run.If that was the case people with two shifts could earn more than a businessman who largely put 5-8hours per day.It involves smartness as long work without tiresome.Smart work it involves mapping a route of a job at hand and carefully plan on how to move with it.Smart work it it figure out the obstacles that you might encounter on the way and different approaches that can be applied to overcome .This is  the modern way of surviving in hard environment .Those who work wisely get recognized and those who don’t get left behind.

To sum it up, one must remember at all times that there are no shortcuts to Success.Success it require to work smart as well as hard  so as to become successful person . While hard work requires you to pursue your goals under all circumstances, smart work saves a lot of time and allows you to be more organized. With plenty of competition in every field, working hard as well as smart is the need of the hour.
