The vessel was from Tanzania mainland (Tanga region) heading to Pemba, due to overloaded of luggage it led to the sinking of the boat.It is said to carry thousand of cement bags and other construction materials.The vessel named by Masha Allah sank on Tuesday morning as they heading to Pemba( Zanzibar Island), up to now only six members have been found since reported.Most boats working the Zanzibar islands are smaller vessels in poor conditions, lacking emergency or communications equipment.Marine Authorities are advised to check for the quality of the boat before starting transportation so as to avoid this unnecessary accidents.
