UGANDA REACTIONS ON ZIMBABWEAN TRANSITION

The State Minister for International Relations, Mr Henry Okello Oryem says Uganda  transition in Zimbabwe, he argued by saying that "According to African Union rules it is not allowed to take  coup detat by any military officer while other countries are watching hence he added by saying that, their the government has directed the Ugandan mission in South Africa to update it on developments in Harare to decide the way forward.
