The ongoing negations between Tanzania government and Barrick company which started in 31 july are in good position, speaking the Minister for Constitution and Legal Affair, Prof Palamaganda Kabudi, and soon after a nation will be addressed.These negations comes after early of this year when President Magufuli prohibit the export of sand concentrates .In March this year, the President formed an eight-man probe team of
experts led by Prof Abdulkarim Mruma to investigate and establish the
amount of minerals and its value, contained in mineral sand exported
abroad.The team exposed massive losses of trillions of shillings in exported minerals.
The negations by Tanzanian is held by eight members led by Prof Kabudi while on other side of Barrick is held by Richard williams (Chief executives officer).
Speaking from Dodoma Prof kabudi has assured the media that soon the outcomes of the negations will be out as far as nation cake is concerned.
